Elena Kagan is facing tough questioning in her confirmation hearings to be the next Supreme Court Justice of the United States. Generally, I am an favor of confirming any judge that is qualified for the position, since all judges will inevitably disagree with slightly less than half of the Senate on most issues.

Nonetheless, this video is pretty interesting, where Kagan says that it’s fine to ban some books because the government probably won’t enforce it anyways:
